The equipment adopts 36 grade gear box, double active and double traction device, and the traction force can reach 12t. The shunting wheel adopts natural shunting to avoid the wire core from being scratched during the shunting process. The equipment is equipped with an automatic disconnection stop device. The disconnection stop is directly controlled to each paying off plate. When the disconnection and the wire plate stop running, the main machine will stop automatically. The equipment can ensure that 630 mm2 copper core with a tight compression coefficient of more than 90% can be twisted, which is suitable for the production of cross-linked cables with large length and cross-section.
